Member Services


Our Member Services Department has a representative available to assist Members with questions on issues such as benefits, claims, and enrollment changes.

Leon Medical Centers Health Plans will only share Member information after the Member or legal designee completes a release form provided by the Member Services Department. This includes sharing information with an organization that the Member may subsequently enroll.

We value the input and suggestions of our Members and encourage you to tell us how we can improve to better meet your needs. Member may contact our Member Services from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, seven days a week, October 1st – March 31st and 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday from April 1st – September 30th. Messaging service used on weekends, after hours, and on federal holidays.
